NAITEC Digital

AI proof of concept to production

Make each delivery decision with evidence from the stage before it.

What we build

NAITEC Digital works on AI agents, chatbots, predictive analytics and LLM integrations. Our workflow automation work connects intelligent tools to the processes they support.

From proof of concept to an operational service

A proof of concept tests whether a defined idea is feasible. A controlled pilot tests it with real users, realistic data, safeguards and partial integrations. Production needs service ownership, support, monitoring, security and an operational fallback. Each gate can lead to a decision to stop, revise or advance; a demonstration alone is not a launch decision.

Start with an initiation brief

Before building, record:

  • The user or service problem and its current baseline.
  • The accountable owner and the delivery, data, security, privacy, legal and operations roles.
  • The decision this proof of concept will support, with success, failure and stop criteria.
  • Data classification, permitted test environment and deferred production concerns.
  • The likely integration, support, procurement and exit path if the experiment succeeds.

Selected frontend work

NAITEC's team built the frontend for Robo Raven and the Ancient Relics for the eSafety Commissioner.
